Refund policy

Refunds and our money-back guarantee

Money-back guarantee. If it isn't for you, email us within 60 days of your first order and we'll refund it. Write to care@dygndaily.com with your order number. You don't need to return the bottles. The guarantee applies once per customer, to the first order only.

Damaged or wrong items. If anything arrives damaged, leaking, unsealed or incorrect, email care@dygndaily.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or refund you, at no cost.

Other orders. For safety, we can't accept returns of opened supplements. Unopened, sealed items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price; email us first and we'll send instructions.

How refunds are paid. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Subscription terms

Plans. The full day set monthly: $99 every month, one set per box, with 10% off your first month ($89.10). The 90-night set: $270 every 3 months, three sets in one box. The 180-night set: $468 every 6 months, six sets in one box. Single-bottle subscriptions renew at the price and interval shown at checkout. Prices are in USD and include US shipping.

Automatic renewal. When you subscribe, you authorise us to charge your payment method at the price and interval shown at checkout, starting on the day you order and then at each renewal, until you cancel. Each charge ships one box.

Cancel, pause or skip. Log in to your account at any time and choose cancel, pause or skip. Changes made before your renewal date apply to that renewal. You can also email care@dygndaily.com and we will cancel for you. There are no cancellation fees.

Price changes. If we change the price of your plan, we will email you at least 30 days before it applies, and you can cancel before then.

Part-way refunds. A renewal that has already been charged and shipped isn't refunded part-way, except under the money-back guarantee or if we made a mistake.
