Short answer: yes. Ashwagandha and magnesium glycinate are commonly taken in the same day, and there is no well-documented interaction between the two. Both can feel calming, so we space them out so each fits its hour: KSM-66 ashwagandha at 3pm and magnesium glycinate about an hour before bed.

Why space them?

They do different jobs. Ashwagandha is an adaptogen studied for the body's response to everyday stress.* Magnesium is a mineral involved in relaxation and sleep.* Giving each its own moment turns two pills into a routine with a reason.

How much of each?

  • Ashwagandha: 600 mg KSM-66 a day, the dose used in the main trials. golden hour contains exactly that.
  • Magnesium: keep supplemental magnesium at or under 350 mg a day for adults, the NIH upper limit for supplements. nightfall contains 275 mg.

Who should check first

Ask your healthcare provider before combining them if you are pregnant or nursing, have kidney or thyroid conditions, or take sedatives, blood-pressure, thyroid, antibiotic or immune-suppressing medication.
